Writing the inquiry
Write the inquiry from the checklist, in the same order as the checklist. Start with the category, then the item list with groupings, then the quantity range, then the destination market. Keep a copy of the inquiry with the papers that arrive later, so the list named in the inquiry stays beside the quote.
